Don't waste your time reading this

I took a pill today for my chronic pain condition and I have discovered a very bad side effect.  The medication has effected my ability to blog.

I  had stopped taking the medication about 2 to 3 weeks ago.  Not because it didn't help my pain.  I stopped it because it caused me to have severe reflux.   So severe, I would be awakened by it.  I had hoped it wasn't the drug but after quitting it realized the reflux subsided quickly.

Sadly,   I have noticed my ability to compose is very difficult.  My fingers feel strange on the keyboard.  I type slower and my thought processes are sluggish, painfully so.   And I am suffering from horrible reflux.

Happily, I am not in pain and today I was able to walk erect not like the caveman posture I normally am subject to.     I was able to walk a long distance as well.    Anyway, this is the pits and tomorrow I will stop the Arthrotec once again.     I can give up blogging but the reflux will destroy my esophagus.
My apologies for such a boring blog.    And a bit of advice... if you feel different after taking a new med even a little bit.   Try stopping the med.   You would be surprised what you might learn.

  1. I started taking Arthrotec, instead of Mobic, about a month ago. I really can't tell any difference except Arthrotec is more expensive. If I see no change after another month, I will be going back to Mobic.
